"I was always thin. People made fun of me, you know "String Bean", "Slim" etc. and then I grew up, had 2 children, and OH MY LORD!!!!, turned 40! I was not overweight, but I was out of shape. I didn't have the energy or the muscle tone I once had and my lower back had gotten progressively worse thru several injuries. Exercise and exercise equipment were foreign to me.
