"I was always thin.
People made fun of me, you know "String Bean", "Slim"
etc. and then I grew up, had 2 children, and OH MY LORD!!!!, turned
40! I was not overweight, but I was out of shape. I didn't have
the energy or the muscle tone I once had and my lower back had gotten
progressively worse thru several injuries. Exercise and exercise
equipment were foreign to me. I had always been active, but I was
very intimidated by the "work-out" process. A friend recommended
I try Chad, so I did. Chad was easy to work with and explained the
workouts to me. He showed me how to properly do the exercises without
hurting my back. I can't lie! The first week, I was painfully aware
of how out of shape I was, but with Chad's encouragement, I am still
there (3 days a week) 1 year later! Shaping Concepts is the best
"mid-life crisis" I could have experienced. My stress
level has decreased, my energy level increased, and now I can't
imagine not seeing the Shaping Concepts Gang! My best friend, Jennifer
and I have been partner training together for about 10 months. The
best part of our workout is the laughter during each and every session.
